Leanda DaddowCo-Director & Visionary Leader
Leanda is the boss, even when the rest of us are bossing her around!
Leanda is not only the oracle when it comes to bookkeeping questions, she also coaches other bookkeepers in running their businesses successfully.
She also does mad stuff like running ultra marathons and cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats, all with her family in tow and MacBook in her backpack!
Stacey SmithCo-Director & Chief Organiser Extraordinaire
Stacey loves nothing more than making life organised! She joined Leanda back in 2017 - ish!
Supposedly ‘just for a bit’, she is now in-charge of systems & processes at Celtic Bookkeeping, there's no escape now Stacey!
When she’s not in the office, she can be found teaching the next generation how to be confident & safe in the swimming pool and at the beach.

Emma Brown
Accounts Manager
CIMA qualified, with over 30 years accounting experience, in both small and large organisations, Emma is excited to have joined the team.
She took a break from the world of bookkeeping, which saw her coaching and supporting parents of, and children with SEND: something she is still passionate about: you will often see her putting her Makaton tutor licence to good use.
Outside of work, she can either be found on the beach with her daughters, or chilling out at trapeze yoga.
Megan Cheal Bookkeeper
Coming to us from a background in retail and refocusing on her career since having her little girl, Megan is working towards her ICB Bookkeeping qualifications but also, casually, has a degree in Team Entrepreneurship from UWE!
Loves exploring Cornish beaches & woodland with her family & puppy.
Karen Taunt Remote Bookkeeper
Karen is an AAT level 3 qualified Bookkeeper and has previously worked in Credit Control and for the NHS as a Clinical Coder.
In her free time, she loves to do things with her family like going to zoos, beaches or on nice walks. She is currently training her Cocker Spaniel puppy Lou to become a working gun dog.

Gilly Swift Bookkeeper
The newest member of our team, Gilly comes from a finance background and is completing her Level 3 AAT at the moment.
Gilly is our crafty one with her weekly art club at the top of her agenda! She's always smiling and has slotted into our team seamlessly.

Naomi Blight Admin Assistant
Naomi joins us with a background in teaching, coaching, and administration.

Gifted to us by a thoughtful client, Shaun the office plant has been a leafy legend ever since he arrived. From modest beginnings, he's flourished into a vibrant symbol of growth, resilience, and green vibes in the office. Whether he's soaking up the sun by the window or quietly cheering us on from his pot, Shaun is very much a part of the team.
